Delivery & Return Policy

Deliveries

The provision of goods is subject to availability of stock. An exclusive range is stocked - we therefore have limited stock available per style, size and colour. Once an item has been sold out, we will not get more stock in, in that style. Please check availability of your chosen item, colour and size in the grey text box provided on the item page.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched within two working days - provided that we have received payment.

Orders placed on Fridays or over weekends/public holidays will be attended to and dispatched within two working days thereafter, provided that we have received payment.

You will receive an email or sms confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please see Track & Trace links provided in the Delivery Procedure section below. International orders can be traced with your local postal service once it has left South Africa.

Although we aim to get local orders delivered to you within 48 hours, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (depending on your location) and 5-10 working days for international orders.

Returns

Items may be returned and/or exchanged for merchandise to the same value within 7 days of purchase. Subject to additional courier fee/s, for the client's account - for returned items and courier of exchanged items.

Only unwashed and unworn items will be accepted - with proof of payment within 7 days of receipt, ONLY if it is still in its original condition and packaging, with hangtags and product tags still attached. All items are subject to inspection to ensure that the above conditions have been met, after which we will issue a refund or exchange. We will not accept any returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send a detailed explanation for wanting to return/exchange your item/s, along with your full contact information (name, surname, contact number, email address and delivery address) and date of receipt of your order package, to info@designer-activewear.com.

Courier costs are not refunded and exchanges are subject to additional courier costs (for your own account) for returning items to us or sending exchanged merchandise back to you.
